The Executive Administrator / HR tracks documents and training required for personnel files, prepares and maintains documents for multiple standard meetings including the Board, prepares reports, assists in event planning, supervises office support staff, monitors inventory and supplies, maintaining databases, maintains compliance with rules and other agency requirements, processes new and departing associates, processes recruiting efforts, operates multi-line phone system, acts as Safety Officer, maintains equipment, assists in contacting appropriate parties for building maintenance issues, primary contact for all inspections and renewal of licenses, performs routine receptionist and administrative assistant duties and other duties as assigned.
Must have a degree in business, office management or human resources OR 5 years experience in the field business or human resources. Must have high school diploma/GED. Employee must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, efficiency, reliability and strong organizational skill. Valid driver’s license required. Automobile insurance with minimum liability amounts, as specified by agency policy, required.
