This position supports two programs serving families of young children in our community. Position works 12 to 15 hours per week and includes the following responsibilities:

- Develop compliance reports (including data retrieval from staff and program data systems, data entry, and sort/organize data) to assist Early Childhood Department in meeting state mandated timelines.

- Develop and implement racking system to notify staff of required compliance timelines.

- Process intake and exit files, including file review, data entry, and file creation.

- Complete typing assignments, file, collate, duplicate and perform other assorted and administrative tasks as assigned. 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma, prior secretarial experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, computer skills, type 60 wpm with accuracy, exceptional organizational skills. Employee needs to be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, initiator who works well without close supervision and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
